I just closed on a new house today and wanted to share my experience working with Jeff.
Today’s real estate market is very competitive and fast-paced. We wanted to work with someone that had experience, came highly referred, and would make sure to get things done promptly. Jeff absolutely encompasses all of those things and exceeded our expectations.
Jeff helped us to identify the house that my wife and I wanted. This was a highly desirable house in a very competitive area. There were 8 other offers at the time that we submitted our offer. Jeff “worked his magic” and 2 days later we had our offer accepted above the others. The seller’s realtor wanted to work with someone that he felt comfortable with and had confidence in, and that realtor decided to pick Jeff and his clients.
Additionally, Jeff was in constant communication with our financing person, escrow, the seller’s realtor and all other relevant parties. He kept us up to date with all information and really streamlined everything for us. This is not my first purchase, and Jeff was miles above the other realtors I’ve dealt with before.
I’m not one to leave reviews, but Jeff deserves the 5 stars and much more. He is professional, absolutely pleasant to deal with, on top of everything and very patient. I plan to refer him to any friends and family that are looking to buy or sell a home. If you need a reliable real estate person, I highly recommend you give Jeff a call.
