I had the pleasure of working with Jeff again, this time on the sale of my Huntington Beach townhouse. He took care of EVERYTHING!! The place needed a little updating and Jeff managed the entire renovation, from the design to the finishes to hiring and managing the contractor, I didn’t have to worry about anything! He even made sure my home was staged to perfection. It sold for the top price a 2 bedroom has EVER sold for in the community and I couldn’t have been more thrilled.
