This was our first time selling a home, and because we had only owned the house for about a year, getting the pricing and positioning right was incredibly important to us. He took the time to understand what made it different and researched homes that shared similar qualities and appeal, not just square footage, number of bedrooms, and location. He proposed a pricing strategy around that perspective and it resulted in an offer above our listing price. He was also incredibly hands-on in getting the house ready for market. He worked with our existing furniture, rearranged and styled the rooms himself, brought in artwork and accessories from his own collection, and even personally invested in a few pieces that helped complete the space. You could tell he was genuinely invested in making the house show as well as possible rather than simply checking boxes and putting it on the market. On top of all of that, we both work from home and have very busy schedules, and he consistently went out of his way to make the entire process as convenient and minimally disruptive as possible. Communication was great from beginning to end, and he was responsive, thoughtful, and very easy to work with. If we were staying on California, we would absolutely work with Jeff again.
