I had never been through the home selling and buying process and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner than Jeff! He was patient and thorough, utterly professional yet also incredibly friendly, and he walked me through every step of the process, explaining everything in detail and really looking out for me. Jeff happily let me bounce some of my thoughts off of him and he always let me make my own decisions and was very respectful with the perspective that he offered upon my request. He also sprung into action immediately. He had my house in shape for showing in a blink of an eye and had great resources in social media and elsewhere to get the word out about my home being on the market. I think we sold it in like 2 weeks? And it was NOT a seller’s market. I even got the price that I had hoped for thanks to Jeff. I highly, highly recommend him — without reservation.
